Valsoft Corporation Inc. ("Valsoft"), a Canadian company specializing in the acquisition and development of vertical market software businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Pinpoint Global Communications (Pinpoint Global), an industry leader providing compliance management software, and enabling online training for the financial services and health industries.
